How do automatic payments work?
Depending on your location and purchase amount, you may need to make a down payment on your order. After your first payment, you're charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the payment option that you chose. Before payments are charged to your account, you’re reminded by email, SMS (if subscribed), and push notification (if enabled in the Shop App).
Is there a fee to pay in installments?
No interest rates apply to orders split into two or four biweekly payments, but installment orders split into monthly payments may incur interest. Regardless of payment schedule, installment orders do not incur late fees, but partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.
Will this affect my credit score?
Checking your eligibility will not impact your credit. Once payment plan terms are accepted, your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.
Why was my purchase not approved with Shop Pay Installments?
Approval for Shop Pay Installments is determined by Affirm, and eligibility can vary based on purchase amount, location, and other factors.
Can tonies® Gift Cards or Subscriptions be purchased with Shop Pay installments?
